WHAT IS MEDIATION?
Mediation is a process that brings two or more parties together, to discuss how everyone can resolve their differences and leave with an outcome that satisfies all.

A mediation is managed by a third party (mediator) who is impartial, ensures everyone gets a fair say and who has no interest in the outcome except that it has been agreed upon by all involved. The mediator's role is to guide the parties through the mediation process in such a way that all parties have felt heard, have had the opportunity to present options to resolve the dispute and leave the mediation with an outcome that they can be satisfied with.
